Rent 2 Buy My Car NI - Requirements

As with any car buying process we require some documentation. Given the nature of this process we require more documentation than you may be used to but we promise it’s easy and if you get stuck or can’t provide some of what we ask for then please get in touch and our friendly rent 2 buy team will help out.

Identification

We require some photo identification to prove who you are and your address. Please provide ALL of the following

Drivers Licence

Please bring your drivers licence with you, 2 part if applicable.

Passport

Please bring your passport with you. If you don't have a passport then please call us to discuss.

Proof of Address

We require proof of your address, Please provide TWO of the following.

Mortgage Statement

Please bring a recent Mortgage statement.

Tenancy Agreement

Please bring your tenancy agreement.

Utility Bill

Please bring a utility bill dated within the last 3 months.

Proof of Income

We require proof you can afford the payments, Please provide ALL of the following.

Bank Statement

Please bring the most recent 3 months bank statements.

Proof of income

Please bring the most recent 3 months proof of income / benefits received.

Initial Payments

We require an initial deposit when you collect your vehicle.

Car

The deposit amount for a car is £400 and is required when collecting the vehicle.

Van / Commercial Vehicle

The deposit amount for a van or commercial vehicle is £750 and is required when collecting the vehicle.

1ST Weeks Payment

When collecting your vehicle we also require the first weeks payment in advance.
